AT Pay TMS

AT Pay TMS (Terminal Management System) is a system for configuration and management of the bank’s POS terminal network. It stores the full set of parameters for every terminal, delivers software and updates remotely and shows the state of the network in real time. AT Pay TMS is installed in the bank’s infrastructure and works with classic and Android terminals.

AT Pay TMS: terminal configuration and monitoring

Terminal configuration

Terminal parameters are kept in profiles: payment settings and the list of operations, network settings, communication channels with the bank and timeouts, receipt type and parameters, fiscal settings, and interface customization with the bank’s screens, logos and branding. Changes are applied to a single terminal or to a group of terminals at once.

Software and licenses

Payment applications, third-party applications and system components are delivered to terminals remotely, individually or by group and on schedule; an application store is available for Android terminals. Licenses for terminal software are issued and controlled in the system, and a new license automatically replaces the expired one.

AT Pay Monitoring

AT Pay Monitoring is the part of AT Pay TMS for control of the terminal network. It shows the terminal status online even when no transactions are processed: last activity, terminal ID and serial number, model and platform, software versions and the mobile operator. The online transaction journal, the event history and remote log collection help to find the cause of a problem quickly.

Real-time information about merchants, points of sale and terminals, statistics, analytics and reports are available to the bank. The system integrates with the service desk and provides a personal account for the merchant.

Security

AT Pay TMS does not store or process card data, so the server can be excluded from the PCI DSS environment. Access is controlled by users, roles and access levels, and all user actions are logged.
